Accommodation

Price depends on standardand and it varies from 30 to 400 PLN per person, apartment or house per night. You pay in cash on site or in advance via bank transfer. Account number.

Winter season lasts from 15 October till 30 April. Dates available for booking you will find on the booking form of each house or apartment.

Prices for Christmas, Easter and New Year eve are set up directly with the guest. Please send an e-mail if you are interested.

Observatory – if smobody brave wants to stay there he/she can use our HeathcockInn bathroom and kitchen for washing and cooking.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Bed sheets and towels included. Special discount of 40 PLN available for those who use own sleeping bags and towels. Additional people in the room or house cost 40 PLN per night plus 40 PLN one time for bad sheets and towels. No other extra costs charged. Animals accepted for free.

SUMMER SEASON

If you book for summer season please pay an advance in amount of 30% of the total costs of staying. Account number.
In case of cancellation we return the advance if there is more then 30 days left till a starting day.

WINTER SEASON

Only 4 houses can be used during the whinter season as they are equipped with the heating devices. These are:

- Hunting Manor (fireplace heating the whole house)
- Sqirrel House (2 stoves)
- Dell House (2 stoves)
- Witch Kapelan (1 stove but no modern bathroom available) - open on special request only

If you book for whinter season plase pay total amount in advance as we need to keep the house ready for you. In case of cancellation we return 60% if there is more than 30 days left till a starting day and 40% if 14 days are left. After that there is no return.

Booking for Christmas and a New Yeardays means full payment in advance with no return possible.

The Heath-Cock Inn is also closed during winter time.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We do not cook every day. We prepare meals only for guests orders placed at least 2 days in advance. We offer healthy food prepared as for ourselves. We use mostly local ingredients and eggs from our hens.

Please inform us about your preferences or diets. We will do our best to follow. We can also agree time for the meals. Payment is in cash on side.

	Air with more iod then on a seashore (proven by scientists).
	Spring water for the most delicious cup of tea ever.
	Dining room for 12 people plus an outside table for 6 persons available for everybody, mostly dedicated for those who does not have a dining room in their house.
	Besides the dining room is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, dish washer, sink and all the other staff that you can find necessary in a kitchen except microware that we do not accept.
	A cabin for children with a lot of toys, sand box, wading pool, teeter-totter and a bank for mothers and fathers who supervise children playing there.
	2 baby beds (130 cm long) i 2 baby offroad carriages, chair for feeding children, bed pan. Payment for staying with a baby bed visible in a price list.
	Pony ride in the garden and playing with dogs.
	Bicycle hire — 4 mountain bicyclesplus 2 for children and one baby seat.
	Minii pool for Squirrel House guests.
	Open fire place and grill.
	Observatory 7 m high that can be used to see wilde animals (overnight stay with a bed usage to be paid)
	Washing and drying clothes.
	Parking for cars and bicycles. Basic tools for bicyles repair.
	Fitness equipment accesible for everybody.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Please inform in advance if want to use some of them.

To be paid

	Sauna – 50 PLN for the first tour and 40 PLN for any next ones. The sauna can be used by 4 peple together.
	Water equipment – we have 3 dinghies. Equpment and people can be transported up on our river and then picked up under an agreed bridge. Cost 100 to 150 PLN for one piece of equipment depends on the distance to the starting point.
	Luggage and bicycle transportation – 3,00 PLN for 1 za km back and force.
	Pony ride – 30 PLN for an hour.
	Nature trip to the forrest with a guide – 100 PLN for an hour (up to 5 people).
	Horse ridding lessons – we do not have horses now but we can help with arrangement and price information
	Photography lessons: - 80 PLN for an hour for 1 person, - 100 PLN for an hour for 2 people together, - 130 PLN for an hour for a group from 3 to 5 people, - lecture about photography including slyde show - 120 PLN despite of a number of guests. Lessons include trips, workshops and discussion about pictures taken by the lerners.
	Traing in shooting with pneumatic weapon 80 PLN for an hour (up to 2 people together).
	Traing in shooting with firearm on our shooting range - 160 PLN for an hour (up to 2 people together) Price does not cover ammunition costs that is different for different weapon kind. First traing hour is a theoretical one.
	Off road trip with a Landrover Discovery car, using a tank road in the forrest - 400 PLN for a few hours trip for up to 4 people together. Every trip member can try to ride a car on the tank road.
